Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a HR Lead in the Motor Industry Industry
Bachelor Degree or equivalent NQF level 7 Qualification in HR Management | Commerce | Industrial Psychology essential
Proficient in MS Office | SAP essential
Strong knowledge of Talent Management | Talent Retention | Organizational Development | will be beneficial
Valid Driver's License and own Transport required

Salary Structure:
CTC Salary of between R 40 000 and R 60 000 negotiable based on experience
