Job Description
Our client has an opportunity available for a HR Internal Trainer based in Durban.
Requirements:
- Matric.
- Human Resource Development, SDF Qualification or related qualification.
- 5-10 years' experience in a HRD and L&D Environment.
- Experience in Automotive Environment.
- Experience in an Injection Moulding environment.
- Facilitate technical training programmes and skills development programmes.
- Conduct Learnership, Apprentice or Intern Management.
- Assist managers with Competence Matrix and identification of skills gaps.
- Identify, plan and organise all HRD needs and relevant activities to support the Plant.
- Ensure adherence to legislations and comply with Quality audit standards.
- Conduct Skills Audits.
