Our client looking for a talented and motivated individual to join their HR Team. This position is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations within the Human Resources Office, and reports to the Human Resources Manager.
Duties:

-Providing advice to Line Managers on all disciplinary and grievance issues.
-Overseeing the performance management process that occurs bi-yearly, providing support to managers in respect of goal setting and feedback sessions.
-Ensuring that probationary reviews are carried out for all new employees.
-Assist in development and implementation of policies and procedures in line with HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
-Assist with information on Employment Equity Submissions to Department of Labour
-WSP & ATR Reporting
-Maintaining HR Compliance
-Coordinate the interviewing, screening, recruitment and appointment of new staff.
-Identify, manage and coordinate the delivery of training and development programmes.
-Training of relevant HR Policies and Procedures
-Completion of payroll documentation for processing
-Ensure that all new staff have been inducted and have been successfully onboarded.
-Loading IODs onto the Compensation Fund System
-Ensure that there are job descriptions in place for all employees.
-Compiling information for the Management report
-Assist with BBBEE requirements in terms of HR
-HR Administration
-Maintaining Employee Personnel Files
-Completing claim documentation i.e Pension Fund, death benefits
-Administration of medical aid documents for employees
-Compile month end reports
