Job Description


We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist in the Centurion area to work on a remote working model for a Global Telecommunications company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree / NQF07: Or lower qualification, but with more years of experience
  • 3 -6 years in HR / IR / Recruitment / Talent in organisations with a headcount of at least 50 employees
  • Payroll experience
  • South African employment legislation experience, including Employment Equity submissions
  • Global employment legislation experience (beneficial)
  • Good working knowledge of all MS Office applications
  • Recruitment software: Breezy, Teamtailor, Workable, etc.
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Fully equipped home office

Administrative Support

Learning & Development / Training
  • Confirm with L&D Manager what courses are scheduled to run, and update Notion page
  • Send out email confirmations with MS Teams login to delegates
  • Consolidate post-course feedback
  • Research training courses and training providers, based on the training needs identified and line managers approval
  • For external courses, obtain invoices and manage the payment process
  • Obtain invoices and proof of payment and retain for the annual SETA submission and BBBEE verification
  • Assist with collating of training data for the annual SETA submission and BBBEE verification
Compliance / BBBEE
  • Assist with collating of all data for the annual BBBEE verification
  • Research Verification Agencies and obtain quotes
  • Assist with all documentation required for the Skills Development element, including training records, invoices, proof of payment, etc.
  • Assist with all documentation required for the ESD Preferential Procurement element, including affidavits, BEE certificates, invoices and proof of payment based on the samples selected, etc.
  • Assist with all documentation required for the SED element, including Letters of Thanks, confirmation of beneficiaries, invoices and proof of payment, etc.
