We are looking for a skilled Human Resource and Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a passion for supporting employees and management in a dynamic environment. Candidates must be available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.
Ensure employee bookings are organized and maintained.
Track and manage ad hoc requests and queries.
Attend to provident fund and UIF queries and submit UIF declarations.
Manage the eClock system for time tracking.
Handle leave applications for various regions, including sick leave, annual leave, and family leave.
Conduct employee vetting and maintain employee files.
Process and manage death claims and regional wage queries.
Capture data for multiple companies and manage sensitive information.
Provide support to managers and assist with rostering of employees.
Prepare documentation and support for CCMA cases.
Qualifications:
Matric
Bachelor's degree or higher certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in payroll and HR administration.
Continuously keep up to date with current
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Preferred proficiency in Sage VIP Premier, Easy Roster and
Microsoft Office Suite Skills is a must.
