15 Room Boutique Hotel is seeking an experienced, impeccably presented, and articulate Hotel Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. This role is suited to a hospitality professional who understands the standards of a luxury boutique environment and consistently delivers a personalized, discreet, and exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests
Manage seamless check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processes
Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and concerns with tact and efficiency
Maintain high standards of professionalism in all guest interactions, in person, telephonic, and electronic
Manage booking platforms, billing, and cash-handling accurately
Liaise closely with housekeeping and management to ensure flawless daily operations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a hotel receptionist within a boutique or upmarket hospitality environment
Exceptional communication skills, with a polished and confident manner
Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Contactable references is a prerequisite
Well spoken and written English, Arabic
Competency in hotel booking systems, Gaap, Nightsbridge and general administration
Remuneration:
Market-related and commensurate with experience.

Pay: R6500,00 - R8500,00 per month
