Pepperclub Hotel is recruiting a professional, service-driven Front Office Receptionist to join our Front Office team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, remains calm under pressure, and consistently delivers polished, 5-star guest service.
The Role
You will be the first and last point of contact for our guests. You are responsible for smooth check-ins and check-outs, precise front desk administration, and ensuring every interaction reflects our RAISE values of Responsibility, Accountability, Integrity, Service, and Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver warm, professional, personalised guest service
Manage arrivals, departures, billing, and payments accurately
Upsell room upgrades and promote hotel services
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Concierge teams
Maintain front desk presentation and professional standards
Complete daily handovers, checklists, and guest communication logs
Handle guest queries and complaints efficiently
Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric (Hospitality qualification advantageous)
Minimum 1 year Front Office or Guest Relations experience in a 4 to 5-star hotel
PMS experience and strong computer literacy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
