The Role Were seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the first and last impression for guests. As the face of the hotel, you will ensure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and valued throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
??? Guest Engagement & Service Excellence Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism. Walk the lobby to engage with guests, assist VIP arrivals, and ensure service standards are upheld.
??? Arrivals & Departures Manage efficient check-in and check-out, ensure billing accuracy, and coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness.
??? Daily Operations Handle trace reports, emails, PIT updates, direct billing, refunds, and group reservations. Maintain a neat and fully stocked reception desk.
??? Team Communication & Handover Attend daily briefings, provide accurate handovers, and liaise with other departments (Housekeeping, Porters, Room Service) to ensure seamless guest service.
??? Breaks & End-of-Shift Protocol Complete all handover tasks, perform end-of-shift checks, and ensure no unresolved guest issues remain.
