Duties & Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor Health & Safety policies, procedures, and systems. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards. Deliver training sessions and toolbox talks to ensure employees understand their safety responsibilities. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards. Act as the main point of contact for all H&S matters, providing expert advice to management and staff. Support the business in fostering a positive safety culture across all departments.
