Job Summary Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Masters degree or equivalent in Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration, Strategy or Development Studies Minimum of 10 years working experience of which 8 years should be in the area of strategy and corporate performance; operations and general management; or corporate services management at senior management or principal consultant level The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Responsible for leading and directing strategy formulation, corporate performance planning, corporate reporting, performance information management, institutional service standards development and monitoring, and an organization-wide continuous improvement program Responsible for overseeing regional office operations including governance planning, performance and reporting Engagement at Board and strategic stakeholder level including strategy and corporate reporting Manage functional area staff, direct unit budgets, support risk management and audit assignments SHE standards adherence to SHE policies and maintain high levels of personal hygiene; maintain contamination policy & procedures; adherence to first aid policy and compliance with statutory requirements Attend training and enforce learnings; and ensure housekeeping is maintained Salary: Market related for the contract duration
