3. Training Delivery:

Education:
Bachelor''s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field (Masters preferred).
Experience:
Proven senior-level training experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership development training.
Familiarity with modern training methods, including e-learning and blended learning.
