Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute a procurement strategy aligned with operational and budgetary needs.
- Source food and beverage supplies (including seafood, groceries, and packaging) from both local and global suppliers.
- Build strong, long-term supplier partnerships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and menu development teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
- Drive cost optimization, inventory forecasting, and performance tracking initiatives.
- Support the company's sustainability and customer experience goals through efficient sourcing practices.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in procurement, supply chain management, hospitality, business, or a related field (advanced qualifications advantageous).
- Minimum of 5 years' procurement experience within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
- Proven track record in cost management, supplier negotiations, and procurement process optimization.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and financially savvy.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for food, sustainability, and delivering exceptional customer service.
