Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the procurement team to achieve operational excellence.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality products.
- Oversee contract management, supplier performance, and compliance with all procurement policies.
- Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
- Analyze market trends and implement strategies to mitigate supply risks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, and logistics) to streamline procurement processes.
- Ensure consistent availability of goods while maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing costs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree advantageous).
- Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiations and cost reduction strategies.
- Experience in the food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry highly advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Office skills.
