Job Description

Job Summary This role is ideally suited to an experienced individual with a passion for guest services and experiences, while also having strong organisation and communication skills.
Core Criteria:

  • 3-5 years of similar experience at a luxury hospitality establishment
  • Need to be proficient using social media platforms
  • Proven experience in planning and executing events
  • Ability to comfortably manage staff
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and have a flair for aesthetics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Service-driven nature and passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Core Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and deliver seamless end-to-end guest experiences, ensuring consistently high service standards across all touchpoints
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site events and special occasions, managing logistics, timelines, and supplier relationships
  • Curate and manage social media content to reflect the property's brand, aesthetic, and guest experience in real time and post-stay
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail in guest presentation, event styling, and overall look and feel of guest-facing areas
  • Lead, train, and supervise guest experience and front-of-house staff, ensuring alignment with service expectations and brand values
