About the Role
Become part of Lesakas Growth Organisation a dynamic team driving merchant acquisition, activation, revenue growth, and retention across our integrated product suite:

As a Growth Administrator, youll be the operational backbone of the Growth team, ensuring smooth processes, accurate data, and efficient execution. Your work enables our Growth Executives and Partners to focus on what matters most: expanding our merchant network and enabling financial inclusion through technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Process Administration Prepare onboarding packs, track deals, and maintain version control.
CRM & Pipeline Management Update Dynamics/Salesforce daily, generate reports, and keep data clean.
Marketing Lead Management Capture and track inbound leads, monitor conversions, and liaise with Marketing.
Reporting & Data Consolidation Compile dashboards, track KPIs, and highlight trends.
Coordination & Scheduling Organize meetings, merchant sessions, and activation timelines.
Compliance & Record Keeping Ensure documentation meets standards and maintain confidentiality.

CRM Proficiency Familiar with Dynamics or Salesforce.

Initiative Anticipates needs and resolves operational challenges before they impact performance.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 35 years administrative or coordination experience within sales, merchant services, or financial environments.
Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics or Salesforce.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Understanding of merchant onboarding or activation processes preferred.
Matric required; tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing advantageous.
