Leading DMC is looking for an experienced Groups/Incentives Inbound Consultant to quote tour products.Experience required:3 to 4 years experience handling groups, meeting, conferences, incentives and events bookings for international touristsDestination knowledge of Southern and East AfricaTourplan experience is beneficialDuties include:Secure business and effectively cost productsQuote and design successful, creative itineraries and proposalsCompile welcome packs itinerariesHandling the 24hour emergency phoneReconcile supplier invoices for processingBuild up and maintain agent / supplier relationshipsTravel on educationals and familiarizations trips
