This isn't just another customer service job. As the German Speaking Customer Service Manager, you'll be the voice of mySheepi for their core market. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience, turning inquiries into positive outcomes, and directly contributing to the success story of a revitalised brand. This is a full-time, remote position, perfect for someone based in South Africa ready to work closely with a dynamic European team.


mySheepi is seeking a dedicated German-speaking Customer Service Agent to be the voice of the brand across email, phone, chat, and review platforms.###

The Role





This is a full-time, remote position based in the Portuguese time zone, with daily opportunities to delight customers and shape their journey with the brand.

You'll be responsible for:


Handling approximately 50 customer tickets daily via email, phone, and chat.

Providing friendly, efficient, and solutions-oriented customer support.
Managing reviews across platforms like Trustpilot and Amazon, and engaging with customers to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
Offering guidance to help customers get the most out of their products and reduce returns.
Clearly explaining how to adjust and use mySheepi pillows to meet individual ergonomic needs.
Potentially assisting in community management by moderating Facebook groups or forums.

The Person





This role is ideal for someone proactive, empathetic, and fluent in German -- with a knack for turning complex information into clear, human communication.

You'll need:Native or fluent-level

German conversational skills (essential).

Experience in

email, phone, or chat-based customer service

-- or the ability to learn quickly and deliver results. Strong

organisational skills

and a

detail-oriented

mindset. Confidence in

handling multiple systems and tools

; experience with

Shopify, Amazon

, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus (but not required). The ability to

communicate complex product details

in a warm, friendly, and approachable tone.
