Job Description
A well-established leisure and hospitality venue is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations of a popular driving range, bar, and restaurant. The venue attracts golfers, families, and social groups, offering a relaxed atmosphere, quality food, and excellent service.
- Strong management skills with high standards
- Stock takes and variance management
- Approval of stock purchases and cost management
- Gross Profit margin maintenance / improvement
- client is a 650 seater: must be able to handle the fast pace
- Keep maintenance under control
- Disciplined
- Positive outlook on life
- GAAP point of sale knowledge
- Good understanding recipes
- Must be good with clients and have experience in being active on the floor during busy times
- Experience in handling 70+ staff
- total staff compliment of around 75 (Bar, kitchen, waiters)
