Job Description
Job Summary Requirements:
- 3-5+ years in restaurant or lodge management (luxury setting preferred)
- Deep knowledge of food and wine service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and presentation
- POS and stock control experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and live on-site
- Live-in accommodation and meals
- Work cycle (e.g. 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off - to be confirmed)
- Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience)
