The Restaurant operates as an upscale, experiential dining destination rather than a traditional fine-dine format - where style, storytelling, and hospitality excellence come together to create memorable guest journeys. The Restaurant hosts bespoke pairing dinners, luxury brand collaborations, and private dining experiences for premium partners. ?7+ years in senior restaurant management position Excellent Customer service skills required. ?Strong food cost / recipe Strong leadership abilities essential Experience in banqueting required ?Attention to detail orientated Proficient in hygiene and food safety audits and implementation thereof Own transport essential compliance/ procurement / stock ordering and admin skills Clear criminal record as well as Val de Vie clearance Gaap experience beneficial ?Ability to work shifts , weekends and public holiday Salary R 35 000 - R 45000 company benefits.
