Job Description
Job Summary Technical Expertise:
- Materials performance, coatings and industrial fabrication.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD models (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino).
- Basic engineering principles: stress points, load calculations and material strength.
- Machine operation and maintenance (sewing, welding, cutting, assembly).
- Rigging and installation techniques.
- Health & safety compliance (OHS, ISO 9001).
Leadership & Strategy: Drive company performance, growth, and operational efficiency.
Production & Operations: Ensure quality, timely delivery, lean processes, and compliance.
Sales & Export: Grow domestic and international sales, strengthen customer relationships, and maintain export standards.
Finance & Commercial: Manage budgets, P&L, and cost efficiency.
People & Culture: Lead by example, mentor managers, and foster teamwork and accountability.
Key Requirements
- Senior management experience in manufacturing (textiles, industrial equipment, or related).
- Technical proficiency: drawings, CAD, machine operations.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, compliance and export standards.
- Broad experience in finance, HR and operations.
- Hands-on leadership and strong commercial acumen.
- Efficient production with reduced costs and improved delivery.
- Optimised internal transport and logistics.
- Growth in domestic and international sales.
- Strong profitability and disciplined financial management.
- Motivated, high-performing teams aligned with company goals.
