Business Team Leader
to spearhead our Gauteng expansion in 2026.What you'll do:
? Build and lead a high-performing marketing and sales team.
? Drive government-sector engagement and policy sales.
? Mentor and grow future leaders within your team.
? Deliver consistent application volumes in line with national targets.
What we're looking for:
? 5+ years' experience in
legal insurance sales/management
.? A strong track record in the
government sector
.? Leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate teams.
? Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven personality.
