Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and coach a team of short-term insurance sales reps.
Drive daily sales performance and exceed monthly targets.
Implement effective sales strategies and monitor KPI metrics.
Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and skills development sessions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal protocols.
Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and results.
2+ years experience in managing a short-term insurance sales team.
Proven track record in car and home insurance sales.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Target-driven with high energy and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
