SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced Business Intelligence leader ready to drive strategy, mentor a high-performing team, and architect data solutions that shape enterprise-wide decisions? Were seeking a Team Leader: Business Intelligence to guide the end-to-end development and execution of BI capabilities across a leading financial services group. Team Leader Business Intelligence (BI)What Youll Be Trusted To Do:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a skilled BI development team.
• Define and execute the BI strategy in alignment with enterprise data goals.
• Collaborate with the

and Enterprise to ensure fit-for-purpose architecture and tooling. * Drive innovation, technical best practices, and a high-performance team culture.

• Build and manage modern reporting, data integration, and dashboarding platforms using the full Microsoft BI stack.
• Work across departments to understand data needs, drive accuracy, and ensure robust data governance.
• Develop scalable and secure data solutions that support business continuity, insights, and advanced analytics.

Your Technical Toolbox Should Include:

• SQL, Power BI, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Azure Synapse, ADF, AAS, and Databricks
• Integration with complex and diverse source systems (on-prem, vendor, and cloud)
• Strong ETL development and data warehousing experience
• Data lake and big data architecture exposure (advantageous)
• DevOps, version control, and automated testing tools
• Experience with extremely large data volumes

What Were Looking For:

• 78 years of experience in BI or data analytics roles
• 3+ years in a management or supervisory position
• Relevant Degree in IT or Computer Science; Microsoft BI certifications preferred
• Strong problem-solving and data modelling skills
• Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end BI solutions
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• Insurance or financial services experience is a strong plus
