Job Summary Leading trendy Restaurant in Bedfordview is looking for a front of house Restaurant manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with strong knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 4+ years management experience in Restaurants will be considered. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all bookings, functions, parties, and events held at the Restaurant. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a front of house Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration & cash-ups needed. Duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Looking for someone who works well in a team and who can work under pressure. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic. Must be able to work late shifts and weekends. Salary R 14 - 18 K gross. Quote Reference RA17 when applying.
