Job Description

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be a key leader in our guest services team, ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office and setting the standard for service excellence. You will be responsible for guiding the team, managing daily operations, and creating memorable first impressions for our guests.



Key Responsibilities:



Efficiently manage all Front Office administrative duties with precision.



Maintain excellent customer service levels through the implementation of systems, loyalty programmes, and reservations management.



Foster a positive and productive work environment by training, supporting, and motivating team members.



Lead by example, working effectively as part of a team or individually to uphold the highest quality standards.



A Matric certificate (NQF 4).



Strong numeracy skills and excellent verbal and written English (NQF 4).



A diploma from a hotel or tourism school, or an equivalent qualification.



A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Receptionist, with demonstrated leadership potential.
