Job Description

Oversee the hotel's operations, ensuring high standards across all departments.



Manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting to achieve business objectives.



Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Banqueting teams.



Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.



Drive guest satisfaction by delivering consistent, exceptional service.



Manage purchasing, stock control, and cost efficiency measures.



Provide leadership, coaching, and development to department heads and staff.



Promote hotel facilities, events, and special offers to enhance revenue and guest engagement.



Grade 12 / Matric; a Diploma or Degree in Hotel or Operations Management preferred.



Minimum of 5 years' management experience in a 3- or 4-star hotel environment.



Strong understanding of financial management, food & beverage, and front office operations.



Proficient in hotel systems such as OPERA and Micros, and MS Office applications.



Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.



Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
