Salary: R40,000 CTC

Opening Hours - work will be shift based 08:00 - 22:00
Description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Front of House Operations Manager to oversee service excellence in a fast-paced, upmarket restaurant environment. This role requires a detail-oriented hospitality professional with strong operational awareness, guest focus, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining brand standards and theatre.
Core Strengths & Experience Required:

• Strong attention to detail in high-volume restaurant operations
• Experience managing large operations, extensive menus, and large staff complements
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for guest experience
• Proactive, logical thinker with strong problem-solving ability
• Solid understanding of COS principles and cost management
• Good knowledge of wine and spirits
• Own reliable transport and willingness to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
• A confident front-of-house professional with finesse, presence, and an understanding of service theatre
• Ability to perform under extreme pressure, with a strong focus on brand building and consistency

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary hospitality qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in junior to middle management within an upmarket hotel and/or restaurant environment
• Cheffing g experience or qualification advantageous but not required
