Summary
Our client, an upscale restaurant in the Constantia area in Cape Town, is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager.
This role reports to the F&B Manager
Start date: As soon as possible
Applying candidates must have strong Front of House Management experience in a high-end restaurant.
Description

Proactive, Logical thinker
Working Understanding of COS principles and Cost Management
Reasonable wine and spirit knowledge.
Own transport, and willingness to work long hours at a fast pace.

Days & Hours of Work: Shift work, 7 days a week, trading from 8am to 10pm.
Minimum Requirements
Minimal Qualifications:

Matric
Relevant Tertiary Qualifications advantageous
Minimum of 5 years in junior to middle Front of House management in an Upmarket hotel and /or Restaurant environment
Cheffing experience / qualification advantageous but not required.
