? Supervise FOH operations & maintain high service standards

? Train, develop & motivate team members

? Manage reservations, stock, and daily operations
/p
p
? Ensure health, safety & hygiene compliance
/p
p
? Requirements:

? Matric (Hospitality Diploma, WSET Level 2, Management course advantageous)
/p
p
? 2+ years' FOH experience
/p
p
? Strong leadership, communication & organisational skills
/p
p
? Energetic, adaptable & able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
