This BEE position is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional safari experiences in a remote luxury environment.
Description
The Front of House Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of all front-of-house functions, including reception, guest relations, and coordination with housekeeping and guiding teams. You will ensure consistently high service standards from guest arrival to departure, addressing guest feedback professionally and proactively.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Close collaboration with lodge management and operational departments is essential to maintain the lodge's high service standards and guest satisfaction levels.
Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in a Front of House or Guest Services Management role within a luxury lodge environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Guest-focused with a professional and service-driven approach
• Stable work history and fully referenceable
• BEE candidates only
