As a Founderxe2x80x99s Associate you'll work closely with leaders across different facets of our business in the worldxe2x80x99s fastest growing emerging markets. This 18-month immersive experience is designed to expose you to growth strategies, gaming industry dynamics, and fintech innovations across; and give you the opportunity to collaborate directly with senior leaders, gaining insights into their vision, decision-making, and execution.

In this program you will have the opportunity to work across different business verticals, helping you decide which area is the right fit for you. Some potential opportunities could include:

• Corporate Development: Drive strategic projects effecting business growth and innovation through partnerships, geographic expansion, and strategic finance
• Fintech: Enhance and scale our payments and digital commerce products and services through a role in product management, engineering, operations, or data
• Games: Dive into the mobile gaming sector, contributing to projects in game development, live operations, and programmatic monetization
• Growth: Lead multi-faceted growth campaigns (performance, social/influencers, offline) for top global gaming content in markets like Nigeria, Egypt, and South Africa
• Chief of Staff: Gain a holistic understanding of the business in a fast-paced generalist role which serving as the xe2x80x98right handxe2x80x99 to one of the founders

Requirements

What makes you a great candidate?

• 3+ years working experience xe2x80x8bxe2x80x8bin consulting, investment banking, or technology
• Strong combination of analytical / problem-solving and communication skills
• Demonstrated excellence at a top-tier educational institution or alternative pursuit
• Experience living or working in a frontier market with a strong preference for Africa
• Passion for games or consumer fintech
