Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager for a Safari Hotel based in Hoedspruit. The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the quality and control of the Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring and unforgettable guest experience.
Qualification
3-year national academic qualification with studies in Hotel Management, Culinary or Food and Beverage Services.
Experience:
Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience within a 100+ key hotel, conference facilities and multi restaurant outlets within a 5-star environment
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, HMS, POS)
Sound knowledge of F&B budgeting, COS, stock and PAR level management
Meet and exceed targets, KPIxe2x80x99s, schedules, policies and procedures
Opening experience will be an advantage
Skills:
Full command of English
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
Sound communication and leadership skills.
