Job Summary

Job Purpose:

As the Food and Beverage Outlet Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and execute the strategic direction for Food and Beverage operations within our luxury 5 Star Hotel. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure exceptional quality, healthy, and responsive Food and Beverage services are provided to our esteemed guests. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating annual plans, monitoring performance, and maintaining the highest standards of competence, professionalism, and etiquette throughout the Food and Beverage department.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing policies, processes, and standards to ensure high-quality Food and Beverage services.

Contribute to processes that capture guest expectations and facilitate immediate response to their needs.

Provide guidance to Food and Beverage teams, support annual planning, and aid in employee recruitment.

Collaborate with suppliers and maintain effective relationships.

Oversee implementation of security, safety, and health policies.

Promote service excellence, team cohesion, and professional development among Food and Beverage employees.

Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, and facilitate quality audits.

Assist in preparing the annual Food and Beverage budget and monitor expenses.

Collaborate with maintenance and housekeeping for facility upkeep.

Uphold legal and compliance requirements in all Food and Beverage operations.

Person Specifications:

Academic Qualifications: Formal management qualification and Bachelor's degree/diploma in hotel management, Food and Beverage, or related fields.

Languages: Proficient in English, ability in another official language preferred.

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Food and Beverage leadership role in a luxury 5 Star Hotel.

Job Technical Skills: Advanced Food and Beverage product knowledge, leadership experience, budgeting, and compliance expertise.

Personal Qualities: Committed to exceptional service, integrity, resilience, and effective under pressure.

Physical Abilities: Able to work extended hours, physically fit, and sensitive to sensory signals.
