Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Rustenburg for a Food and Beverage Manager. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee all food and beverage operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and create and manage budgets. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and supervising food service and customer service staff, implementing industry best practices, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Qualifications xe2x80xa2 Food Service and Food & Beverage skills including menu planning, preparation, and presentation xe2x80xa2 Excellent Customer Service skills including complaint resolution xe2x80xa2 Experience in Training and managing staff xe2x80xa2 Budgeting and financial management skills xe2x80xa2 Ability to multitask and work under pressure xe2x80xa2 Experience in the hospitality industry
