Responsibilities
Provide management relief across multiple stores
Support stores during operational challenges, absenteeism, or peak trading
Drive operational, financial, and service KPIs
Train, mentor and uplift teams to maintain brand standards
Conduct stock, cash, labour and cost controls
Ensure adherence to policies, audits, and compliance
