Our client, a nationally recognised leading quick-service restaurant brand, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their high-volume Vryheid operation. This role requires a strong leader with excellent operational, financial, and people-management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers exceptional results.
Description
The Store Manager will oversee all daily operations, ensure profitability, drive customer satisfaction, and uphold brand standards. This includes hands-on leadership, staff management, financial controls, operational excellence, and maintaining a well-run, compliant and profitable restaurant. Candidates must be energetic, resilient, and committed to career growth--our client offers a structured 2-month onboarding programme and long-term growth pathways within the brand.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
• Lead, train, motivate, and supervise staff
• Manage stock, ordering, and food cost controls
• Drive sales performance and profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
• Conduct staff scheduling and performance management
• Handle all administrative, reporting and financial duties
• Manage customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain restaurant hygiene and operational readiness at all times
• Work closely with area management on performance targets

Salary: R22 500 - R30 000 CTC
Location: Vryheid, KwaZulu-Natal

Minimum Requirements
Requirements

• Matric (essential)
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a managerial role in QSR or hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management ability
• Proven experience with financial reporting, stock management, and administration
• Valid driver's licence and own transport (non-negotiable)
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• High energy, operational discipline, and ability to work under pressure
• Passion for outstanding service and team development
