Job Description
Booysens Refrigeration (Pty) LTD is looking for a Fleet / Finance Administrator to join their team.
Suitable applicants must have previous experience in Fleet Administration and/or Logostics.
:
Vehicle fleet maintenance Insurance claims Incidents reports Vehicle and drivers licence renewals Vehicle allocation, checks and signing out Vehicle checks Vehicle mileage and services Private mileage Reconcile vehicle report against timesheet Company tools stock take Company spare keys Technician tools checks while doing van checks First aid bag and fire extinguishers checks while doing van checks Petrol card reconciliation Warranty and service or maintenance plans Traffic fines E-tags request Log books updates Assisting finance department Other adhoc duties as requested
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Accuracy, communication, attention to detail, following instructions*
Multitasking, proficient on word and excel and able to operate in a pressurized environment*
Working in a team and independently and in a team*
Willing to work overtime when required*
Ability to deliver on deadlines*
Confidence and energetic*
Valid driver's licence*
