Process and capture invoices accurately, ensuring all necessary approvals are in place.
Manage supplier reconciliations, payments, and petty cash.
Assist with payroll submissions, monthly billing cycles, and financial reporting.
Maintain up-to-date and compliant financial records, including VAT and customs submissions.
Support audits and assist with ad-hoc financial requests.
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (hospitality experience advantageous).
Knowledge of Sage Evolution and Protel PMS is beneficial.
Strong MS Office and organisational skills.
Financial qualification or diploma advantageous.
Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Preference will be given to candidates based in or near Franschhoek.
