Job Summary ? Financial Accountant | Luxury Hospitality Group ? ? Bryanston, Johannesburg | Live-out ? R40,000 CTC | Medical Aid Included Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Financial Accountant to join a luxury hospitality group based in Bryanston. This is a management-level role suited to a commercially astute, self-driven individual with strong leadership skills and solid hospitality finance experience. ? What they will be doing * Managing and maintaining financial controls across multiple units * Assisting with budgets, forecasts and financial planning * Preparing monthly financial packs, reports and variance analyses * Managing weekly and monthly financial reporting * Overseeing year-end audits * Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures and statutory requirements * Supervising and developing the finance team * Managing payroll, medical aid, provident fund and staff files ? Requirements * 2-4 years' experience as a Financial Accountant or Manager within hospitality * Strong leadership and team management skills * Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency * Experience with SAGE One and VIP Payroll or Payspace * CIMSO system knowledge advantageous * Relevant financial qualification beneficial * Valid RSA ID ?
