Job Summary Financial Accountant | Hospitality Group | Johannesburg Kendrick Recruitment is currently recruiting for a dynamic and detail-driven Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established hospitality operation where you'll play a key role in driving financial control, compliance, and profitability across the business. Key Requirements: o 2-4 years' experience as a Financial Accountant or Finance Manager within the hospitality industry o Proven ability to manage and supervise a finance team with minimal supervision o Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting o Experience preparing monthly and weekly financial reports and financial packs o Sound knowledge of financial controls, audits, compliance, and statutory requirements o Ability to interpret financial results and report anomalies to senior management o Commercially astute with strong leadership and people-management skills o High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail Systems & Technical Skills: o Proficient in Microsoft Office with good to advanced Excel skills o Experience using SAGE One o Experience with VIP Payroll / PaySpace o Working knowledge of CIMSO (advantageous) Package: o Salary: R40,000 CTC per month o Medical Aid included as part of the CTC package If you're ready to step into a hands-on, impactful accounting role within hospitality, please send your updated CV, qualifications, and supporting documentation.
