About You

As the Finance Lead at Enstra Mill, you will manage and control Operations management accounting and administrative functions in order to provide management with meaningful, accurate and timeous information/analysis to facilitate control and decision making. You will ensure that adequate internal controls exist.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Provide timely and insightful information, analyses(e.g. benchmark, mill performance, new product costing etc.) and recommendations to the mill manufacturing teams and others, and clearly highlight actionable opportunities for improving profitability and working capital, to guide management towards successfully achieving Kimberly Clark S.A.xe2x80x99s financial targets

Support Mill operations process streams in any analysis and costing requirements with information that can assist/influence important business decisions

Business partnering to support any business request for information and or analysis from Mill process streams that they require to support their areas of responsibility (product or category).

Drive cost awareness across the mill by translating financial information into a story and operational targets

Manage the capital and operating lease processes of Kimberly Clark S.A., including the budgeting process, internal control appropriation analysis review as well as preparation, spending, reporting and document control

Advocate LEAN business practices, driving out waste through the use of LEAN problem solving tools, practices and standard work across mill and wider analysis community

Act as the main financial point of contact for shared services, for providing necessary inputs in quarterly and monthly processes

Be the main receiver of reporting for mill finance from shared services for the purpose of review, or onward communication

Provide day-to-day on the job and off the job advise/guidance to employees and line managers in company financial policies, practices and procedures to support the corporationxe2x80x99s program for strong financial control by reporting whenever corporate policies or instructions are not being followed/

Lead the full internal plan in the facility including continuous improvement in the control environment by ensuring Corporate Financial Policies & Procedures are implemented, maintained and adhered to, this includes SOX related test and reporting as well

Implement, manage and maintain up to date accounting and reporting systems, which will enable the department to obtain and distribute accurate information that is relevant

Lead preparation, review of realistic mill forecasts (monthly, quarterly and annually) on timely manner based on key drivers and identifying risks and opportunities to drive corrective actions

Manage preparation of general ledger reconciliations and timeous resolution of reconciling items

Active participant in Cost Transformation including target cost analysis and detail SKU analysis to identify any opportunities or risks.

Administrative and people management

Frontline Management Team partnering including sessions like weekly meetings, internal control sessions, Union and Town Hall sessions

Manage general administrative functions in accordance with Corporate Financial Instructions

Safety- ensure compliance to OSH act regulations and achieving safety objectives within area of responsibility.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

B Com, CIMA or similar financial qualification with a maximum of six years experience in all aspects of accounting within a manufacturing, preferably FMCG.

Strong system, accounting and management accounting knowledge. Requires a general knowledge of manufacturing of manufacturing principles and internal controls.

Good planning and organisational skills

Proven leadership skills. Very high interpersonal skills are required to effectively function at a multitude of levels from senior management to entry level personnel.

Excellent communication skills both written and spoken at all level
