Job Purpose:
You will be the Finance Lead participating in risk identification, value creation and building a sustainable business model and culture.
You will also support the finance controlling function and other business stakeholders.

The Person:

• B.Com Accounting or equivalent Finance Degree.
• CIMA Certification, a strong advantage.
• CA (SA) an added advantage.
• Min. 3 years Commercial / Corporate experience as a Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant.
• Working knowledge of SAP (CO, MM, FI, PP).
• Experience working with data analytics and presentations.
• Data Analytics tools, e.g. MS Excel / Python / R / MS Power BI / Tableau / QlikView).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.

The Job:
Report to the Commercial Manager:

• Drive business performance through assuming a key role within the Power and Recovery Operations team to deliver high quality financial information and commercial insights.
• Prepare analysis and reports that enable the business management to effectively challenge costs and inform decision-making (timely).
• Provide the business with relevant financial support to enable effective planning while applying budgeting and forecasting techniques.
• Ensure governance and compliance through effective application of financial controls and risk management.
• Demonstrate effective cross-functional collaboration.
