Finance & Insurance Manager

Job Description
Our client in Midrand is currently looking for a competent Finance and Insurance Manager (F&I) with a strong understanding of the financing process and additional programs available. Their main responsibility is ensuring customers get what they need to afford a vehicle and that its properly protected.
Responsibilities:
- Working directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products, and other options.
- Finding competitive rates to encourage customers to purchase vehicles.
- Processing applications for vehicle financing and helping customers get approved.
- Verifying that all paperwork is completed correctly and filed properly.
- Maintaining strong relationships with lending institutions to have lots of program options and competitive rates.
- Seeking out new programs that benefit customers and encourage them to buy.
- Ensuring compliance by following all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Training the sales team on available financing and programs to ensure they promote them to customers.
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must have 4 to 5 years of experience in the field
- A minimum of 60 FAIS credits is required
- NCA Accreditation
- RE5 Accreditation
- Experience on Signio, Serretti and Intelliapp will be advantage
- Must have experience with processing applications with various banks for vehicle finance
- Matric or other recognized NQF4 qualification
- Drivers Licence
- R25 000 basic per month
- Company Vehicle
- Medical Aid Contribution
- Pension
- 10% of DIC
- 15% of Insurance, Warranty, VAPS, etc.
