Job Summary

The Field Agent is responsible for conducting on-site activities such as data collection, customer engagement, inspections, verification, sales, or service delivery as assigned. The role requires frequent travel within a designated area, strong interpersonal skills, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits according to assigned schedules and targets Collect, verify, and record accurate data or information from clients or sites Interact professionally with customers, stakeholders, or community members Execute surveys, inspections, sales, audits, or outreach activities as required Submit daily/weekly field reports using mobile apps or reporting tools Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex matters when necessary Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets
Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma/Bachelor's degree is a plus) Proven experience in fieldwork, sales, surveys, or customer service preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic proficiency in smartphones, mobile apps, or data entry tools Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Valid ID and/or driver's license (if applicable)
