Introduction
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead one of our high-performing fashion retail stores in the Vereeniging region. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, commercially minded, and passionate about driving store success through excellent service and team leadership.
Description
Drive sales to achieve and exceed targets
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales associates
Oversee daily store operations including stock control, merchandising, and cash management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Analyze sales trends and make strategic decisions to improve performance
Manage visual merchandising standards to reflect brand identity
Recruit, train, and develop store staff
Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
Education Profile
Minimum 3 years of store management experience in a fashion retail environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong business acumen and a customer-first mindset
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Matric (Grade 12) required; a retail or business management qualification is advantageous
