Fashion & Retail experience a must!
Fashion Retail Management experience ESSENTIAL.
We are looking for a strong leader that's well-spoken and vibrant with a passion for Retail and a Love for DENIM. As a STORE MANAGER, you will be expected to:
Be a problem solver and solution seeker.
Be highly motivated and target driven.
Be an excellent communicator.
Able to train & manage store teams.
Reduce the risk of stock loss through weekly stock takes.
Be admin driven.
Leading and working with the team to ensure a welcoming Retail environment for the customer.
Assist customers with purchases through excellent product knowledge and service.
Attain maximum sales of merchandise through add-on selling and multiple sales.
Be aware of all promotions and brand advertising and being able to favorably promote these products.
Provide guidance to team members regarding visual merchandising & placement of new inputs on a weekly basis.
Assist with customer requests and alterations.
