Hire Resolves client in the fashion industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Retail Store Manager in Cape Town, Western Cape.Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day activities in the store, ensuring effective workflows and optimal performance levels.
- Maintain stock levels by keeping a close watch on merchandise and supplies.
- Create and execute plans to achieve the store's financial and operational goals.
- Lead and inspire staff members to foster a positive and productive atmosphere.
- Demonstrated history of successful sales performance.
- Energetic and highly motivated.
- Reliable and takes ownership of tasks.
- Possesses strong moral principles, sound judgment, and sharp thinking skills.
