Expeditor - Marine Projects (12-Month Contract)
Location: Simonstown Dockyard
Contract Duration: 1 Year (Mobilization: September 2025)
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain Secret-level Security Clearance required
We are looking for an experienced Expeditor to support procurement, inventory, and fleet management functions within a complex marine project environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and skilled in reporting and communication.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Trade Certificate
- Proven experience in procurement, vehicle fleet management, stores control, and inventory management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and suppliers
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to obtain Secret-level Security Clearance
