Location: Simonstown Dockyard
Contract Duration: 1 Year (Mobilization: September 2025)
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain Secret-level Security Clearance required
We are seeking a reliable and organized Clerk to provide administrative support within a busy marine project environment. The role involves managing timesheets, inventory records, and general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Time sheet control and processing
- Inventory tracking and control support
- General administrative and office duties
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with security protocols
- Ability to obtain Secret-level Security Clearance
